I totally agree! Yet we have educators who fail to understand this very important concept and as a result student fail to perform to the best of their ability. The educators expectations for their students need to be raised. Show me you care and I'll show you what I'm capable of.

I completely agree! If kids feel as though their teacher's on their team, they're so much more likely to succeed!
